Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in personal care and in-home care, and preferably hold certifications such as QMAP, BLS, ACLS, or CNA. This role involves assisting clients with ADL in their homes, providing a high level of care and support to those who are home-bound.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with ADL such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• In-Home Care: Provide companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments.
• IHSS Services: Offer support with mobility, transfers, and other health maintenance activities as needed.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client’s condition.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in personal care, in-home care, or a related field.
• Certifications: QMAP, BLS, ACLS, or CNA certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Availability: Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Requirements: Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
