Description: We are looking for an experienced and spiritually mature individual to lead our Praise Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep love for worship, and the ability to inspire and guide team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Praise Team during rehearsals and services.
• Select music that aligns with the church's vision and themes.
• Mentor and develop team members' musical and spiritual growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading a worship team.
• Excellent musical skills and knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
