ATN Healthcare is currently seeking certified Fire Plumbers or Sprinkler Systems Installers to join our team at our assisted living facilities in Orlando, Florida.

Job Requirements:

• Certifications: Must be certified in fire sprinkler system installation. NFPA certifications (e.g., NFPA 13, NFPA 25) are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems or related plumbing systems.
• Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings related to fire protection systems.
  • Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing fire sprinkler systems.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and national fire codes and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA codes and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing fire protection systems.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of fire sprinkler systems during new facility builds or renovations.
• Conduct tests and inspections to verify system functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations involving fire protection systems.
