Production Operator

What's in this for you?
Pay rates starting at $16.30 and go up to $18.70 per hour depending on experience!
Rotating Schedule! 6pm – 6am, every other weekend off!
Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week
Responsibilities for Packaging Operator:
Efficiently operates De-palletizer, Scoop dropper, Inserter/Overcapper.
Independently troubleshoots minor equipment malfunctions. Identifies and recommends improvements to the process
Actively participate in making changeover adjustments to all packaging line equipment
Performs necessary quality checks as directed by applicable Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions
Performs Transport System cleaning as directed by applicable Standard Operating and work instructions
Requirements for Packaging Operator jobs:
A High School or GED Equivalent
Previous experience working in manufacturing facility.
Candidates must display mechanical aptitude.
The ability to troubleshoot and diagnose all major pieces of packaging equipment and adjust or repair this same equipment in a timely manner.
Candidates must be flexible to work overtime as necessary.
