Janitorial Staff Opening

-Provide janitorial services for commercial building in Montpelier, VT.

-Duties include, but not limited to:

-Maintain cleanliness of on-site restrooms

-Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing of facility

-Collect and dispose of trash

-Strip and Wax commercial floors

-Snow removal as necessary

Experience performing commercial janitorial duties preferred but willing to train right candidate.

Must be able to pass Federal Background check

Positive attitude, ability to function with a team, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction performance are a must.

Must be able to meet physical demands of duties to include standing for lengthy periods of time, lifting up to 30lbs, repeated scrubbing and sweeping motions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable persons with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Pay: $14.01/hr. 30 hours a week.

10 paid holidays.
